We had to sell our home quickly and Tony Lanz delivered. From the start, he was communicative and understanding as we were also navigating escrow on our next home. He listed our home quickly and gave us his expert opinion on what to expect based on his knowledge of the neighborhood- which turned out to be spot on once we closed escrow! We were asking a lot of him as we were trying to make a competitive offer on another home that was already on the market for a week. What we appreciated about Tony is you could always tell he had our best interest in mind. He truly cares about his clients and works hard to make sure they’re fully satisfied. He was transparent when taking our listing as he said he would try his best to meet our goal, however, it may be a long shot (but we still made it happen). Greatest consideration was local knowledge and reputation. Exceptional communication-- Returned calls immediatly and was always avaliable with the answer to every question we had and usually had the answer in advance that we would need to know in the future. There seemed to be no answer or problem Tony didn't have an immediate responce and solution to. Outstanding knowledge with communication skills of the highest level.
